Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us at jaygelambetextiles@gmail.com with your reference number.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse the package at the time of delivery, in which case it will be returned to us and processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to ship to the provided address. In such cases, you will be notified by email and any amount paid (other than COD) will be refunded in full.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid cancellations made within the eligible window, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
