Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted in the following cases: wrong product delivered, damaged or defective product, or significant variance from the listed description.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, baby clothing, innerwear, custom-stitched items and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at jaygelambetextiles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your reference number, photos of the product, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original method of payment, or via bank transfer for COD orders. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We're happy to facilitate exchanges for size or colour, subject to stock availability, within the same return window.
